Click on the "Count Checkboxes" button to see how many YES boxes you clicked, then go to the "Assessment" Section BELOW to see how you did.

Assessment:
0-10: UH-OH.  You are putting off a lot in your life, most importantly you are putting off YOUR LIFE.  What's stopping you from finishing off those things, and enjoying living in the present?

11-20:  GOOD!  It's obvious that you work on keeping things in the present, and try not to have too many things hanging over your head and zapping your energy.  Keep working on finding ways to handle the challenges once and for all.

20-30:  WOW!  You are a person who is right on top of things in your life.  Congratulations!

Strategy:   What is Procrastination?  Procrastination is putting off things for any number of reasons.   It's generally things that you dislike, but avoid dealing with for the sake of convenience, or they're low on your priority list, or you just never really considered that you could live your life without putting up with them.

The things that you put off in your life are draining your mental, emotional, and physical energy bit by bit by bit all day, every day.  No matter how much you try to fill it up, it just keeps leaking out.

The best way to handle procrastination is to handle them one at a time, systematically, but consistently.  I'll bet there are 2 or 3 that you can handle in the next few minutes, and several more that you can handle in the next few days.

STOP WAITING.  Your *real* life is waiting on you (not the one bogged down in procrastination)!
