Assessment:
0-10: UH-OH. WHAT'S UP WITH THIS?  Life will always be hard without some firm ground to stand on.  What's stopping you from creating reserves in your life?

11-20: VERY GOOD! This is average and certainly nothing to feel bad about. But you'll still need to make some changes that will enable you to set the reserves --- the back up -- into place in your life.  Imagine your life if all reserves were in place.  How would it be different?

20-30:   EXCELLENT!  This score shows that you've done some hard work in creating the reserves in your life.  GOOD FOR YOU!  Keep working on the ones that you still lack in.  Is there one area that you've let slide?

31-40:   AWESOME! You are definitely someone who has taken the time to set up the support you need, and create an environment that enables you to make choices based on desire instead of fear.  Congratulations!

Strategy:  "Having Reserves" is a simple concept about building a cushion, a safety net, an escape route, back up plan -- whatever you want to call it -- into your life.

Reserves simply means that you have more than you need at any given moment so that you aren't put into panic mode and you don't have to let your money (or lack of) make your decisions for you, or let your time (or lack of) make your decisions for you.

Create a reserve of time by delegating a task to someone else...it automatically creates a reserve of time.

Create a reserve of mental energy by cleaning up past things that are zapping at you all day.

Create a reserve of space by looking at what you have, and deciding what works and deleting what no longer works in your life.
