What Have You Been Putting Off...
 Your Life? 

Wondering what you might work on with a Life Coach?  Here's some ideas.  Check the boxes that are TRUE for you to see how much you're "putting off" in your life.  Then click on the "Count Checkboxes" button and go to the "Assessment" Section to see how you did.  

1.  I have at least a year's living expenses in the bank or money market fund.   

2.  I look forward to getting up virtually every morning. 

3.  I don't spend time with anyone who bugs me or uses me. 

4.  I am pleased and content with my spouse/partner, or happy being single.   

5.  I take at least 1week-long vacation each year.

6. I could die this afternoon with no regrets. 

7.  Life is basically easy; I have few problems or unresolved matters affecting me. 

8.  I spend my leisure time totally enjoying my interests; I am rarely bored. 

9.  I know what gives me joy and energy and I do a lot of that.

13.  I have good habits that support my lifestyle. 

14. I am living my own life, not the life that someone else designed or expects of me.   

15.  I know what I want out of life, and I go for it every day.  

16.  I know how to say "no", I don't over-schedule myself to the point of frustration. 

17.  I have an efficient time management system, and I use it. 

18.  I don't put things off.  I am consistent.     

19.  Weekend (or other days off) are a joy for me. 

20.  I know what my goals are, and I am eagerly making them a reality.

21.  I enjoy each day.  

22.  Whatever health problems I have, I am receiving effective care for them.  

23.  There is nothing I'm not facing head-on; nothing I am putting off dealing with.  

24.  I practice a healthy lifestyle, eating balanced meals, and exercising daily. 

25.  I have effective ways of dealing with my stress.

11-15:  You are doing ok. You're about half way there on your way to a great life.  A Coach can help you get there quicker. 

16-20:  You are doing well.  This is a very good score!

21-25:  AWESOME!  Congratulations on such a high score and for living such a great life!
